The room was lovely, cozy, and had a home-like feel with a comfy seating area. I instantly felt relaxed and at ease, making it the perfect retreat for a stress-free vacation. The balcony was an added bonus, providing a scenic spot for morning coffee.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the toaster. But hey, some people might find joy in toasting their bread just the way they like it!

We loved the stay here, such great experience. Met the host, who gave us good tips. Excellent location, near some of the must sees in La Spezia, like info, based minute walk from the place...

The flat was near the city center, clean, cosy, and well-designed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host, Fosco, was helpful and gave us lots of tips and information. The location was convenient for restaurants, cafes, and transportation.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, providing us with useful recommendations and responding quickly to our queries. the location was convenient, with supermarkets and a morning market nearby for fresh produce.
The sofa for the third person was located in the kitchen, which limited the space available for cooking. the noise and entertainment in the city were kept under control, but it might not suit those seeking a quieter atmosphere.

Check-in was easy with key codes provided before arrival. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and a quick ride to the Cinque Terre villages. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering advice and answering any questions promptly. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and modern, with great amenities and a nice balcony.
There wasn't much to dislike about our stay. The only minor issue was the road noise, especially when buses passed by during the day, but it didn't bother us too much since we're used to living near main roads.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean and the bedroom and kitchen were spacious. The modern refurbishment and lovely art added a nice touch. I appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing an Australian power adaptor. Fosco, the host, was extremely attentive and helpful, even before my stay, with recommendations and assistance. He even arranged for a visit to a beach club. His knowledge and consideration with providing instructions were exceptional. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to the port for ferries. There were plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding streets.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Crowded during peak season.
